September 9th, North Korea
says it has successfully conducted an underground
nuclear test. This is the fifth time of testing the
underground nuclear test Access to relevant information
from internet; all of underground nuclear tests
raise international issues and protests. But
North Korea still goes its
own way to do these experiments at all hazards.
Governments and leaders from all over the world have showed their views and claims
on this crisis which may cause the international wars.
The government of south Korea, Russia, most of European countries express
their concerns on north Korea defied
international social widespread opposition to conduct another nuclear test
and also have the same opinion on North
Korea's behavior is contempt of international law
and is not responsible for the security of the
international peace. So many countries consider the members of the UN
Security Council should try their best to join in hand with
each other and have a common response to the problem of North Korea's nuclear.
In my opinion, North Korea's nuclear test is extremely
irresponsible not only to its self-development but also to the security and stability of the world. Firstly,
as far as I know, the present status
of North Korea is very depressed.
North Korea, as a developing country, has
relatively backward in all aspects of
development. Moreover, the Korean people's standard
of living even cannot compare with a decade ago
in China; there you can see many farmers and farms. Secondly,
North Korea as a socialist state
whose aim is to work together
for mutual progress. But the
government of North Korea just paid
their attention on their development of Military Affairs. At last, I think north Korea does not
have the power to do the test because of its
behindhand science level.
